Front Of House Associate at Bandama Golf Hotel

Join us at Bandama Golf Hotel by airnest — the official hotel at Spain’s oldest golf club founded in 1891. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow alongside a unique project. We currently operate 15 refurbished rooms, with a total capacity of 39, and will be gradually opening more in the coming months. We’re looking for someone who thrives on going above and beyond, excels at guest service, and embraces variety in their role. The position involves rota shifts (including weekends) with schedules ranging from 8 AM to 4 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM. Some F&B experience would be a considerable plus, and because we’re a small team, the candidate should be ready to take on multiple responsibilities.

We already manage 90+ listings, split between 3 boutique hotels, 4 apartment buildings, and 25 vacation rentals across Gran Canaria. You will be working with a close-knite team of 5 highly motivated people who love working together and take pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service that ensures a positive experience for every signle guest.


What you will do

  • Assist guests throughout the check-in process and address any queries they may have.
  • Communicate with guests in a timely manner to help them prepare for their stay.
  • Coordinate a network of suppliers to ready rooms for upcoming guest check-ins.
  • Plan resources, manage cleaner communications, and coordinate outsourced laundry services to ensure rooms are prepared on time.
  • Engage with cleaners, verifying that rooms are correctly set up and stocked with linen, cleaning supplies, and toiletries.
  • Troubleshoot issues with cleaners and/or maintenance so any problems are resolved before guest arrival.
  • Coordinate maintenance work to keep each room in perfect condition.
  • As a member of a small team, be prepared to step into various roles — from front-desk duties to light F&B tasks, luggage handling and more.


What We’re Looking For in You


  • A team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (German is a big plus).
  • Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for a 40-hour workweek across 5 days, on a rota basis that covers weekends. Shifts typically run 8 AM – 4 PM or 12 PM – 8 PM.
  • Hospitality experience is a strong valued.
  • Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems) is a plus.
  • F&B experience or willingness to learn is a big advantage.
  • Ready to jump into different roles as needed in a small, dedicated team setting.
