Social Media Manager (Content & Email)

The Role
Own social strategy and execution for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Create and publish photo/video content (reels, stories, carousels); strong photography and short-form skills desired.
Manage community interactions; coordinate light email marketing with teammates for copy.
Work on two projects simultaneously; full-time (UTC-5) with occasional evenings/weekends for shoots or timely posts.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute content calendars for two brands, tailored per platform.
Create original assets: reels, stories, carousels, short-form video, photography; capture and edit for always-on and campaigns.
Handle publishing and community management; escalate leads/guest inquiries appropriately.
Collaborate on email marketing (Mailchimp/HubSpot/Klaviyo): layouts, scheduling, basic segmentation, A/B tests.
Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across social and email.
Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, saves, shares, email open/click rates); deliver weekly and monthly reports.
Organize asset libraries, naming conventions, usage rights; manage a light UGC/creator pipeline.
Support seasonal promos and launches with platform-native ideas and paid-ready assets.
Coordinate with operations for content opportunities, shoots, and approvals.
Requirements
Portfolio with photography and short-form video/reels (links required).
2–4+ years in social/media content roles (ideally hospitality or healthcare).
Hands-on creator; comfortable shooting on phone/camera and editing vertical formats.
Proficient with Photoshop/Canva (or similar).
Experience with Meta Business Suite and native analytics; basic paid social is a plus.
Email marketing experience: templates, basic segmentation, A/B tests, deliverability basics.
Strong aesthetics, composition, narrative; detail and deadline oriented.
Spanish & English (C1+).
Comfortable with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
Own laptop/smartphone and stable high-speed internet.
