About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vacation Rentals Associate to oversee our growing portfolio of unique villas and apartments across Gran Canaria. This role is crucial to ensuring that our properties meet airnest’s high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular on-site inspections, liaising with guests, and coordinating maintenance and supply needs.

Responsibilities
Quality Control & Property Standards:
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure that cleaning protocols are strictly followed and properties are always guest-ready.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all vacation rentals, ensuring each stay meets guest expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the guest experience.
Maintenance & Supplies:
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs as needed, ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
- Ensure that properties are fully stocked with essentials and coordinate with suppliers for replenishments.
- Work closely with cleaning teams to guarantee consistency in property presentation and hygiene standards.
Guest Experience & Check-Ins:
- Liaise with guests to ensure a smooth check-in experience, offering support and local recommendations.
- Address any guest concerns promptly, collaborating with the broader airnest team to resolve issues efficiently.
Logistics & Administration:
- Keep track of inventory levels across multiple properties and manage reorders as required.
- Maintain clear communication with cleaners, suppliers, and maintenance teams.
- Use airnest’s property management system to document inspections, track maintenance requests, and streamline operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or vacation rentals is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving challenges.
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (petrol and travel expenses will be reimbursed).
